I've gone to Graebers a few times and never felt pressured to buy anything. I felt the staff was very helpful. I will return for future purchases.

I went in looking for a christmas gift for my mother, and I am extremely happy with what I picked up. They helped me pick out a special ring that has the birthstones of me and my sisters. I just picked it up today and it looks absolutely beautiful. They had so many options to choose from and all of the employees were extremely helpful. I will be buying my next piece of jewelry from there for sure.

The sales staff are snobs and use high pressure tactics.

I've been there twice in the past year each time I left feeling over changed and unimportant.

My most recent visit was to have a diamond replaced in a ring. They charged me top dollar for what I was told would be a high quality diamond. What I received was a cloudy stone and the ring looked like someone spilled coffee on it. Another jeweler cleaned it up and confirmed that the stone was of less quality than the other diamonds in the ring. Trust is everything in the jewelry world they are untrustworthy.

Went in the other day to look at their alex and ani bracelets, and i was pleasantly surprised with their selection. The young lady that helped me out was kind and very informative, and even wrapped my gift and put a cute little bow on it. Although it is a smaller store they have quite a selection of other types of jewelery as well. I will definitely be going back for my next jewelry purchase

I just purchased an engagement ring at Graeber Jewelers. I could not be more thrilled with the service and attention to detail. They have this really cool system that lets you completely customize your ring and it gives you over 3000 options. I am a customer for life and I cant imagine going anywhere else.

I recently purchased a beautiful diamond ring as a gift for my wife from graebers. I was a new customer and they took the time to make sure that I was educated as to what it was I was purchasing. I then returned to then store to have a few older items I had repaired. They fixed a bracelet that 2 other stores told me could not be repaired. The service was great and when they tell you that they are going to give you a follow up phone call they make sure to always do so. I would recommend anyone needing a trustworthy jeweler to go to graeber jewelers. My whole family now goes there because of their fantastic service and attention to detail.They have a customer for life

I went to this store for my wedding band. I chose a simple ring and they let me know that I could add diamonds if I wanted to, which I didn't. It was at the store to be sized and when I came in to try it on they had put the diamonds in and acted clueless when I told them I wanted them out. They put these little notes on a paper which none of them can read or understand so obviously miscommunication happens. So they had me come back a week later to try on my ring which suddenly didn't fit and no one again knew why, bit a friend of mine went in the store after this and saw the ring in the display case. Apparently just telling me that they ordered a new ring sans diamonds would have been too difficult and acting confused and making the business look even more inept was the better choice. They also fused the engagement ring with the cradle but it isn't centered which lets you know how little the jewler cares about his business. I expect I didn't spend enough on my ring for him to take care of it. I don't want to give any stars but I am being forced into giving one by the site.

The worst business i have ever encountered. If you feel like spending hours of your life on the phone or going back to the store to straighten out the mess they've made of your credit, its great. The owner does not even know the finance side of her business and refers it to other employees who make false charges on your account.
