Dollar Tow

Very racist disrespectful rude bunch of thieves liars. I couldn't believe how they treated us. No respect for customers at all.

Company failed to disengage my parking brake prior to towing, now it's broke. Phoned the company and the receptionist immediately denied any damage or responsibility, even though she knew nothing of what happened, very rude, said there was no one else to speak with, would not provide name or number of supervisor or manager. I called Geico, my insurance company who sent them to pick up my car, and informed them, if not for purposes of just knowing about what is happening with their contractors. I would never use them again, but if you have to, you better carefully watch them load and unload your vehicle, and make sure they disengage the parking brake, because once the drop the car off, they are washing their hands of the car and you. No integrity here, be careful.

My car broke down in a very unsafe location on the highway. I called for a tow. The dispatcher was very professional. The tow driver arrived 20 minutes after I called, He was very professional and made me feel safe. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
