Order a part and got a call on my VM. Called them and left them a message. Didn't receive part. Called them. Was on hold for 30 min (not exaggerating). Called again 10 min. No answer. Called again 5 min, got automated message. Finally, was able to reach them. They said we didn't charge you shipping due to a glitch in the system. How convenient. Said OK, I'm desparate now charge me and send it. Then they called left me a message, oh we don't have your CC number. Called them again and left them the number. Waisted my time and money. By the way, they use multiple web addresses.
