        Overall

        I went in to buy a new pickup recently and was highly dissatisfied with the service. This includes bad, unprofessional and uneducated salesmen. Terrible vehicle appraisal and generally bad business. Found a vehicle I was seriously considering getting which was a new f-250. The final straw that made me not purchase was the fact that they had switched the tires that came from the manufacturer with cheap and low ply tires. I'm guessing they forgot to change the spare as well as it was a brand name with 6 more ply as the switched out version. Concerning to think they may go so far as to pull other new parts off for lower quality to resell at a profit. May be rash to judgement but it seems like a unethical ran business. 10x the experience at friendly ford of springfield.
