Schumacher Infiniti of the Palm Beaches

DO NOT... I REPEAT... DO NOT PURCHASE FROM INFINITI OF THE PALM BEACHES!!! YOU WILL REGRET IT. Please read the entire review. Sales department lies & the Service department is horrendous! If I could give this place a negative rating I would. This is the absolute WORSE EXPERIENCE I could have had purchasing from what I thought was a high end dealer for luxury vehicles. I recently purchased a 2013 G37 from here & as soon as I drove away from the dealership I realized that the sales rep not only lied about specific features on the car but also lied about how he could fix the issue. He obviously would have told me anything I wanted to hear in order to get the sale. I suggest you do your research (like I thought I did) & don't trust a single word out of their mouths. Aside from that, within a month of me owning this car I have been back to the service department now 4 times. They can't even fix a simple brake issue on their own car. 1st time I went for service they said they couldn't find anything wrong. Well as soon as I got on my side of town the squealing started again. So I took my infiniti back to the dealer. Oh, so now they find the problem. They told me they replaced the front breaks, put a kit on and warranted them. Tell me why the very next day the squealing continues... Smh, this is ridiculous. So, I take the car back a third time. Now they tell me they found a problem with the back breaks. The replaced them, put a kit on and warranted them as well. I kid you not, the breaks are still squealing after the 2nd replacement of breaks (per infinitis' service department). I took my vehicle back to Infiniti of Palm Beaches Service Department after contacting consumer affairs & opening a ticket about the issue at hand. They kept my car for a couple of days & had the audacity to call me stating they drove my vehicle on I95 & they can't find anything wrong with the breaks nor do they hear squealing. (Are you kidding me?!? How do you go on the interstate to check breaks? You don't even use your breaks much on the highway. Smh.) Even the rep (Wendy) from consumer affairs called stating she was going to close the ticket due the manager (Rich) reporting no problem found. (What do they think I'm making this up?!!?) I drive for a living & my everyday passengers ask me, "What is that sound?" How embarrassing. I am now in route to Infiniti for my 5th service for the same problem. So unless you want to end up in my shoes, DO NOT... I REPEAT... DO NOT PURCHASE FROM INFINITI OF THE PALM BEACHES!!! YOU WILL REGRET IT.

P.S. The only good thing I can say about this company was their Greeter & their Service Rep: Candace Hamilton. These 2 young ladies went above & beyond to make sure I was treated well and as a priority.

Avoid this place!! its worth the drive down south to go to a better dealership! They treat you like you a trash, lie and cheat you. Worst of all they get away with it because they are the only Infiniti in this area! The service department is a joke, my car was in the shop for two weeks while they did absolutely nothing to it. They never even called me, I had to call them. They refuse to recognize a problem in my car by saying it is "normal" yet they can't duplicate this "normal" noise in another car!! This company is a joke! AVOID THEM!!
