I went in the store the sales person talked me into getting a very expensive toy she tested out the batteries and then told me to continue to shop while she puts my product in the bag I got it home and it didn't work....went back the very next day to the same salesperson and she told me oh well you should have read the signs no refund or returns contact the merchant ....Don't go there save your self the hassle

Bought a vibrating ring for my wife & I... The clerk recommended we purchase extra batteries which at the time made sense... Well he sold us the wrong batteries to the product... So I go back they don't have the right batteries for a product that THEY sold me... Then go on to tell me no refunds or exchanges... Even on batteries I have no use for & never used... Left the batteries on the counter & told the guy "Give them to somebody because I can't use them"... Horrible service & knowledge of their products.

Bought a movie from there, called them 15 minutes later to let them know they had the wrong movie in the box, and they told us too bad. We dont know if you switched it or not. We cant help you. Screw them for poor customer service. There are too many places in West Palm Beach to go to to have to deal with bait and switch. NEVER GO THERE! Who knows what else they use and re-wrap!

I was REALLY nervous about going to a shop that sells these kinds of intimate products and all I wanted was to get something fun before my husband got back from his business trip. I didn't expect the place to be as nice as it was... I don't know I was expecting something more dark, dirty, and slimy. Anyway, the girls that work there were a lot of fun. It was almost like shopping with my girlfriends.
