I called over the phone to get some information regarding a late model BMW and not only were all my questions answered in a timely manner but Mr. Goldberg had a tone in his voice that just felt right with me, you know how when you talk to people over the phone you can just tell with your gut instinct if they are sincere or could careless...well any way long story short I drove the BMW and loved it - they have this smart ownership program where they go threw the car A TO Z and even though it was a 2010 it looked PISSA! I bought a Lexus SUV at Lux Auto Plus in 2010. Unfortunately it had an oil leak that the dealership refused to properly repaired. I had to take the car to my own mechanic who charged me $1100. My mechanic failed to properly repair the leak and I so I had to endure my car leaking oil for 4 years. It was very annoying to clean the oil stains of my garage every week! Lux Auto Plus is now ((2014) under new ownership and the new owners reached out to me about this issue. They reimbursed me for the $1100 I spent and also fixed the oil leak. On top of that hey provided my car with a full detail inside and out for no charge. And they even gave me a free rental while they were doing this work. I am extremely happy with the new owners of Lux Auto Plus!
