        They aren't interested in selling parts to customers and I understand that because they can't make money like that but you don't have to insult a customer because they forgot to get all the information to make it easy for them to cross reference the part. Never shopped their much because I take care of my equipment but after that I'm done and will never recommend them to anyone.

        Overall

        Very disappointed. Have done business with them many times over the years. Took mower in and was required to leave a 30.00 deposit. They did absolutely nothing to the mower. Looked at it and said it couldn't be repaired. Went to pick it up and was denied my deposit. They got me this time, but never again.
