Stay far away from this branch of Marblelife (Delaware branch). The tech's name is Jason. He is inexperienced, and does a poor job. He polished our terrazzo floors. However, he left all sorts of scuff marks, stained some of the edges and our patio doors, didn't polish the terrazzo edges, didn't polish the floor up to the edges. In many cases he left 2 to 3 inches unpolished from the wall. Also, he did not polish properly, so while the floor was somewhat reflective, it was not polished to high sheen. As a result, the floor was still slippery. He also didn't use the correct polish, since it reacted badly to the floor downstairs. You would think he would've learned, but he tried the same polish upstairs, with the same bad reaction. A 2nd tech had to come back, and he managed to fix some of the major issues, but the floor is still slippery in many spots. So, the floor is a danger, because now you think you have grip, then you hit a spot which doesn't have grip. I've almost fallen several times.
Also, the VP of this branch, (Delaware) has no customer relation skills. He doesn't try to make sure the customer is happy. All he and the operations manager, Brynn try to do is get their money. They don't care one bit about the customers satisfaction. They did not believe a word that we said until we sent a dozen pictures of all the issues. They believed their tech Jason, when he said there were no issues.
In fact, another local terrazzo person who saw our floors after Jason did them, said they would've fired that worker on the spot if would've been working for them.
Do yourself a favor. Do not deal with MarbleLife of Delaware. The MarbleLife of Cleveland is a much better branch. I would recommend them.
