let's begin with my 9 min wait(on nuggets to cook). when the manager brought my order she told me the wait was for the nuggets, they were at the bottom and be careful cause they were hot. so getting home to give everyone their food and the nuggets are not in the bag. no receipt to verify if i got charged or not. but to pay $13.05 for #1 w/ chez no tomato biggie w/ coke, 2 chicken sandwiches 99, 1 nuggets 99, biggie tmr pibb, and sour cream and chives baked potato. i used to love wendy's but so many of your restaurant fail on quality until i rather not waste the gas, time, or money; and these are 3 key factors i used when deciding where to feed the family.sincerely,former customer
