Hands down the best in the business. Ron Knoll was our realtor and he just goes the extra mile. I met the other owner, Bob, and you could tell he was the same way. I think Ron is a member of the ethics board or something like that, so you know they are not going to take advantage of you. We must have looked at 12-20 places before we settled on the one we wanted. Ron was amazing. He was flexible and very understanding when we walked in....and 20 seconds later walked out b/c we knew it was not the place for us. I have since been by the office and the whole staff is super friendly. Plus, they have an amazing website that lets you search the MLS and you don't have to worry about them stalking you:) HIGHLY recommend!

Holy River North knowledge. I was specifically looking in River North and found Jon Perlman through a Google search. He found me the perfect condo extremely fast, negotiated the price down, and helped me closed on it in record time. Everyone says buying a home is stressful, well, it sure helps when you never second guess the property your buying. The most amazing thing is, he predicted a double digit rise in the price of the condos in my building, and it happen over the summer. Jon knows value. I'll call ya crazy if you use anyone else.
I dealt with Lisa Hubard from Providential Bancorp doing a refinance. Lisa was very informative and kept on top of things from start to finish. Even the notary commented on how Lisa stayed on top of things more than anyone she had ever worked with. Lisa told me what the outcome of my refinance would be and it ended just like she advised. Even while traveling she was very helpful with how I could get and return paperwork. I highly recommend Lisa and Providential Bancorp.
