Un-Dun'

Pay no mind to the previous reviews - over the past few years Un-Dun has totally overhauled their ownership, staff, and inventory selection. Everyone who works there is friendly and knowledgeable, and will happily help you without pressuring you or (as one review put it) "ripping you off". The selection has quantity and quality, from nice beers to tasty cigars and anything glass-related you could possibly need. The vape section of the shop is just unreal - again, those guys are probably the most knowledgeable in the state when it comes to this stuff, and will guide you through the whole process, whether you're a cloud father or just getting started. Oh, and they're also the only (maybe one of two?) institutions in the state where you can legally vape in the shop. Oh, and they've got a pretty good sex toy selection, too.

I bought a vape pen for $100. When I got home I noticed the device was missing a critical part, the filter. It’s unusable. This was of course likely the fault of the manufacturer. However, I went back to Undun to show them and they said they don’t have the parts. I said okay, I’ll trade it for another. Nope, all sales final. But you sold me something that doesn’t work. Nope, sorry. Then he actually did find the part in the back, but guess what, you need to buy it! WTF?! Then he tells me I need to put the device away because the owner has a policy to not allow anything back in the store. Sure…okay, what’s going on here?

This place ripped me off for $40 after THEY made the mistake. I went in and asked for a 14mm piece of glass. I was given a 19mm piece. When I explained the problem they said they couldn't take the piece back due to store policy. I spoke with the "Glass Buyer", Manager, and owner.

Their justification was "I buy glass every day and didn't make the mistake" Then they told me I " Should have check it before I left". I guess I should have taken a ruler or calipers with me.

Now, I am willing to admit when I make a mistake and make it right. They wouldn't budge even though it was painfully apparent that the boy behind the counter was wrong.

They are THIEVES and don't deserve a penny of your money.

TERRIBLE. Fraudulent business dealings. Colleague and I bought two devices, $115/a piece, and were told prior to purchase by staff that we could bring them back for refund if they didn't function (they normally test in the store before purchase). Both were completely non-functional. Brought them immediately back, and despite staff agreeing that he told us refund was treated horribly by managers and ultimately owner- marched around to both stores (Un Dun and Un Du), threatened, shouted at, treated with intimidation tactics, never an apology for the inconvenience. Refused to honor refund for colleague. They are knowingly selling and re-selling faulty equipment AND refusing to honor promises to customers, and getting away with it by behaving like thugs. A simple friendly refund would have yielded loyal return customers, but now will work hard to keep other customers away.
