I have been insured with Kim for the past 10 years and have had nothing but excellent service from Kim and his staff. They are all always pleasant and make sure that when I leave I understand what I have purchased. I will never go to a different State Farm Agent after the detailed service I received for Kim Lafuse office. I was asked to sit down and go over my coverage's to make sure I was protected. Kim takes the time to cover any questions you may have about insurance. His staff brought me and my kids drinks while we waited and made sure my 3 kids had something to do while we discussed insurance. He even does faxes, and notary for free.
