Hired Lambson Plumbing to unclog a drain. When they came they decided to do something completely different, without getting our authorization to do so. When they were done, they had ripped our toilet up and said they were clearing the sewer main (NOT what they were hired to do). They charged us $300 more than quoted for unclogging a drain. And, they DIDN'T UNCLOG THE DRAIN they were hired to unclog. To make matters worse, they BROKE the toilet they pulled up (the one they shouldn't have touched to begin with). The whole toilet had to be replaced as the bowl and base were cracked. I would NOT recommend Lambson Plumbing to anyone. They promised a refund and then refused to refund the amount promised. Terrible service from "plumbers" that don't know what they are doing.

I LOVE Lambson plumbing! They came in a timely manner. They repaired all our issues in our new house. They were very friendly and helpful. They answered all of my questions and are very fair priced. We have been shopping for plumbers for a while now and we were not disappointed. We recommend them to anyone looking!!

We had a leaking pipe, we contacted lambson plumbing and heating. They sent out a tech,. He "fixed" the pipe. Three months later the pipe was leaking again. So we contacted lambson again to send somebody back out to fix the leak. An appointment had been made and wasn't kept, we kept trying to get somebody to come out and get the leaking pipe fixed. We kept being told that the work is under warranty for a year and he would get to it sometime before the warranty was up. He was told that, this pipe needs to be fixed as soon as possible, we kept getting the run around. So after 5 days, we called another plumber. They came out the same day we called, looked at the pipe and said whoever put this pipe in cracked it and put some putty on it to band aid it! Lambson does shoddy work and has horrible customer service!!!
