These guys have awesome customer service, always are willing to work with you. I work 6 days a week so its hard to get in there sometimes, but they are open 9-9pm everyday including Sunday so that is very helpful at times. Any time I'm a few days late, they have no problem holding it for me. These guys easily run one of the best pawn shops in town

Scott is a great guy to do business with. He is very helpful and knowledgeable with his store. Me and my family have been doing business with him and his Employees for a number of years now,and we always feel good conducting a business transaction. Go on in and see for yourself self, ask for Scott,like I said good people.

These other reviews must be people who had nothing of value and are sour they couldn't get one over on Big Dog. This was the first Pawn shop I went to and they gave me a very reasonable loan for my item. I haven't needed to go anywhere else. Have dealt with all the employees throughout the 6+ months I've been doing business there and they're all nice and helpful. I once lost track of days and showed up a couple days after my loan was due and they were happy to work with me so I didn't have to lose my item. Honestly, try Big Dog Pawn first and you'll see that there's no need to shop around for the best Pawn shop cause this ones it.

These guys are a big scam. First thing is they take stolen merchandise and then when you want to get it back they won't or they want to charge you more than the loan was thinking you don't have recourse. The owner is very rude and treats people with no respect. Pawn your stuff there at your own risk because your more than likely going to get screwed.

GO ANYWHERE ELSE! THESE GUYS PAY LESS THAN ALMOST EVERY OTHER SHOP IN TOWN. FURTHERMORE, ONE OF THE OWNERS...TALL SKINNY GUY THAT WEARS LOTS OF GAUDY GOLD WILL TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU. I ONCE BROUGHT IN SOMETHING THAT HE SAID HE WANTED AND HE KNEW I NEEDED THE MONEY QUICKLY AND DIDNT HAVE TIME TO GO SOMEWHERE ELSE(THESE ITEMS WERE NEW WITH RECEIPTS) AND HE ONLY GAVE ME 15% WHAT THEY WERE WORTH. ANOTHER PAWN SHOP LATER LOANED ME 55% MORE. BEWARE OF THESE GUYS AND IM SURE THEY WILL RESPOND THAT THIS IS SOMEHOW MY FAULT AND NOT THEIRS. NOTICE THE OTHER REVIEW THEY DID THAT AS WELL. These guys are friendly and great to work with. I highly recommend checking this place out. They have always treated me so well.

Beware of this place when you take a loan out on your items there not the same as when you drop them off. I bought a scooter from this place and later on down the road I had some financial problems so I brought the scooter back for a loan. Then a month later I came back to pick it up and the disk brakes and calipers where gone the handle bars where broken and the gas was all gone. I went in to say something the owner said thet now one touched it but the gas tank was barely hanging on like it was taken off and dumped out. I was not very happy with the service or hospitality of this business I wouldn't reccommend them to anyone.
