Licensed for up to 120-pets in their clean, safe and secure setting, complete with double-fenced areas. In addition to large outdoor areas to run and play, your pet will have air conditioned and heated areas for their comfort. It's almost like being at home! Abraxas Pet Resort believes that every dog needs to be groomed on a regular basis. Regular grooming prevents excessive shedding, skin and paw disorders, and painful mats. Abraxas Pet Resort provides complete dog grooming services including, washing, flea dips, anal gland expressing, ears cleaned and nail trimming. They'll even top your pet with your choice of a cute bow or cool cameo-scarf! The groomers have over 80-years of cumulative experience. Abraxas Pet Resort believes in giving back to the community, by providing pro-bono services for select pet rescue groups and animal shelters. They offer no-charge on services to our members of the military if deployed. Seniors also receive liberal discounts.

Provided by DexKnowsHorrible place, rude staff terrible service and they fail to get the job done as asked. I have had one person I know who had a bad experience with their three dogs there, but I decided what the hell give it a try. I should have looked on yelp first, the most honest reviews look like they have been put in the unrecommended section with their staff anxiously trying to bury them with replies asking you to come by. Why the hell would they do that after the experience they had. Unfortunately, my experience was equally poor. If I had to put their "resort" on a level like a hotel, it would be the motel you'd find a dead guy in the pool and meth head prostitutes hanging out front....the worst kept place, dogs crying in the kennels in the freezing cold and the building is falling apart. The staff were incredibly rude and gave my dog several cuts from what looks like dull hair clippers. I will never take my dog there again and worn anyone who reads this to consider ANY other place before this one. Thanks for listening yelp. Let's see if the owner tries to pitch me like the silly other attempts.
This was a terrible place with dogs outside in the snow and a stench so morbid any pet owner should turn right around a run! An appointment had been set to groom the cat - the front door elderly woman was incredibly abrupt and disrespectful and amazing unhelpful. The lady in scrubs didn't say hello but instead stated everything they wouldn't do rather than confirming the grooming appointment and telling me by what time the cat would be ready to pick up. Upon leaving, the ragged frayed chain link fence (pictures taken) tore a huge hole in my shoes to which the management told me the owner would immediately be in touch. This of course didn't happen until several calls and reminders days later. Upon picking the cat up nothing had been done to satisfaction or specification and they overcharged my credit card as an additional stab in the back. The call with the owner days later consisted of them failing to admit guilt, offer any form of compensation and merely stated "too bad" when the question was posited on what they could do - to at least fix the broken gate. I fear that people are being ripped off, treated poorly and are going to a place that is unfit for any animal. What a horrible place.

Provided by SuperpagesIt was a great experience the first time my Dog stayed there. I just made another reservation for 4 days. The person who set me up for my dog's stay was less than warm on the call. She did not want to provide me with much details AND........She failed to tell me that they had raised rates!! I had to ask, etc. It was like I was dragging the info. out of her.It did not make me to comfortable about leaving my do Chip there again?
