SCAM ALERT and the owner is 100% in on it. The older woman allowed a 1k transaction to be made without checking identification ON CAMERA. The bank and myself contacted the owner to cancel the false transaction since it was still pending on my account. Instead of following procedure the owner decided to call and pretend he was an attorney respresenting himself. When I asked his name and where he was legally representing from, he said "okay I am the owner and I am not canceling anything I don't give a F about your money". I have never been to this location, let alone LONG ISLAND itself. I was a victim of fraud and identity theft and the owner did not even cooperate with the BANK to cancel a fraud transaction. So now I have to press charges & I am filing in small claims court. 1k down the drain and all I asked was for the names of the owner and the plates of the car that they told me they had on camera. He refused to give me that information as if he's protecting a scammer. Disgusting. Horrible. Awful. Untrustworthy
