Thank you for providing the kind of service that is so rare these days. You all are so friendly and make sure that everything is done right, you even know me by name! Very helpful with any questions and the prices are the best. I'd be a fool to go anywhere else. I am very happy with everything.

VERY HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE!

I brought my car here over the weekend and they took great care of me, I don't understand why others haven't loved the service as much as I have! I was treated with respect and everything was taken care of fast and correctly. Just wanted to thank you all for your help!! I will return if necessary.

Well, most of these other complaints must have been before this station went under new management.  The new manager "Shawn" is great! He is knowledgeable and seriously trying to change the negative views some people have about this station and service. Rude

Went in to have car fixed and was told it would be 69.00 just to look at it! I said no thanks! He followed me to my car arguing with me...felt like he was trying to intimidate me to get my car inspected there... Do they actually do repairs or just inspections?

Smog check...in and out

Pulled up and was taken right away for the smog check service. The guys were friendly and the service was quick. Convenient for the West Hollywood area too. Could use some work as regards the waiting room though...that part was pretty pathetic. Otherwise, a good experience.

Quick easy smog check

I just moved to LA from Chicago and we have to register our car, which of course requires a smog check. I looked for places near work (in West Hollywood) and found this place on Santa Monica Blvd. Mornings seem to be the best time, as lines are shorter, if there at all.
