They might as well take down the Veterinary Hospital sign and replace it with one that reads Exxon. All they care about is what else they can put on your credit card... little concern for you or your pet. The front desk crew is very nice... beyond that, little care exists.

I can't say enough great things about this place. Open 24 hours and appointments into the evening and over there weekend is beyond convenient and helpful for those who work a lot or have busy schedules. Everyone is extremely nice there and really treat the pets like their own. All the vets and technicians are wonderful. We see doctor Miller and she really goes above and beyond. She spent about 15 mins on the floor just playing with our dog, getting to know him, and making him feel comfortable before diving into the check-up. We never felt rushed or like we were holding her up. After the appointment, she wrote up for us everything we discussed and instructions for our next steps. I've never had that done before and was blown away. Needless to say, we won't be going anywhere else!

I am really stunned by all the bad reviews. I have been taking my two kitty thier since I got them from a shelter. They have always been super nice and caring and Dr. Heibert is great. One of my cats got very sick and had to be hospitalized, they worked with my on the bill and even got the maker of the vacine to cover some of the cost. They are a bit expensive, but I have never had to pay before they would see my pet. It is like $120 for an after hours emergancy visit...and they go through the costs...before they do additonal treatments. Maybe these other reviews are slanted becuase people lost thier pets. I would check TLC out for my self.

We brought our cat into TLC's emergency room after she collapsed. The vets are very competent and the techs are gentle. Their facility is very clean and their prices are reasonable for the area. They have easy access to excellent specialists as well. Everyone we've dealt with has been very kind, and, while we've paid a lot of money to this clinic in a very short amount of time, we don't feel taken advantage of at all. We are finicky owners--and I'm happy to say that our two year search for a vet is finally over.

I've pretty much have only had good experiences taking my dog to TLC Pet Medical Centers. The staff is always friendly, the facilities are clean from what I can see, and the vets seem to be knowledgeable. They are always upfront with how much things are going to cost and give you an estimate before you sign up for anything. They also call you if things are going to cost more than expected and ask for your authorization. I appreciate that TLC has kept my pocketbook in mind when dealing with my dog. The front desk staff has always been helpful and pleasant with me and my dog's vet explains things and makes sure I understand. My pup had a health scare a few months ago and I'm thankful TLC was there to help her. After the way they handled her there (and seeing the progress she's made), I knew TLC should be her full time vet.
My dog recently got spayed here and I am so impressed with how the staff handled her and with the results of the surgery--my pup was back to her fiesty cute self the very next day! She also still had some baby teeth that hadn't fallen out yet that were being crowded out and pushed out front by her permanent teeth. The vet removed the baby teeth while she was under anesthesia for the spay at no charge--which I thought was very nice. I recommend taking your pet here, as the staff does seem to really care about pets and their owners as well. I'm extremely protective of my baby, as I know other pet owners are as well. I completely trust TLC to give my pup the care she needs to be healthy and happy.
Parking is pretty convenient if there is space in their lot. If not, spots usually free up pretty quickly. I haven't usually had an issue with the parking.

I just feel compelled to give this place a good review because of the care and service that they provided for me and for my late and lovely chihuahua, Mister Lupe. This was a couple of years ago, but something was wrong with Lupe so I took him into see Dr. Baker. I noticed that his breathing was rapid and shallow and he just wasn't acting like himself. I left him for observation and received a call later that night that he was diagnosed with congestive heart failure. Then I received another call from them saying that Lupe had died and they had revived him. My bill came to a few thousand dollars, but they were able to offer me a discount and arrange a payment plan with me. My dog lived for 8 months longer and I am so very grateful to TLC for that time. I would reccomend this animal hospital to anyone, especially Dr. Howie Baker.
