Madison Carwash

The manager is rude. The place is so dirty but the wash is good. I come here for the wash. I wish they would spend time cleaning the place there are a lot of workers just standing when they can clean and make it a better experience.

THIS PLACE SCRATCHES CARS!! And they are NOT in the business of accepting fault and/or repairing the damage. A small price isn't small if overall the purchase costs you. Unconcerned management. SO MANY BETTER OPTIONS.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE/ TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT



I purchased a $6 dollar car wash. Everything seemed swell. As Im coming out of the car wash, the guys are there waiting to dry my vehicle. Once they dry the vehicle, I gave three $1 dollar bills to the staff. One of the gentleman proceeded to put Armour All my tires. After completing Armour All on 1 of the tires, the manager (name: LOUIS) stopped him and said "He didnt pay for that dont do that" At this point he had completed putting Armour All on one tire. I could see from the mirror they have set up, that the other three were extremely dirty, which means I had one shiny black tire and three dirty brown and gray. I asked if they could kindly put the Armour All on the other three tires since they were so dirty and it looked silly to have one tire with the Armour product on it and three without it.



LOUIS the manager, said only if I paid $3 more dollars, and began to get aggressive. I explained to him how I just finished paying the staff $3 dollars for drying my car. He raised his voice and said I had to pay $3 more if I wanted the rest of the tires applied with Armour All. At this point, the Indonesian lady who collects the money came over and was raising her voice and screaming. I remained calmed while she repeatedly said (Its $3 more dollars, He said $3 more or NO ARMOUR ALL, What part of that don't you understand?!)



Disgusted, I drove off with One Tire with Armour All applied, and three without. I stopped by the local do it yourself car wash just down the street, and purchased my own Armour All to finish the job.

They do a great job here. I did not have to ask them to vacuum my trunk they just did it. The service is fast and friendly. It can get really busy here. I like to get my car washed here first thing in the morning.

Last time I was there a week ago and watched my car as it went through the car wash, and saw it come out. My car came out looking great and once it was out, I was really surprised at the care and attention that the staff paid it while putting on the spit and polish (so to speak). My alloys were dirtier than a nymphomaniac's mind and they came out sparkling.

Great job Madison Carwash!

This place could be great under new management... a cool art deco looking building, etc. But the workers there are mean and the wash is not thorough. And... the NOISE!!! There's even a website www.madisoncarwatch.com about how terribly loud the place is.



I don't know how people live NEAR that place.
