I got a tattoo at Graphic Images this…

I got a tattoo at Graphic Images this New Years Eve. I was completely sober and really looking forward to getting my first tattoo ever. I decided on something small, being that it was my first tattoo and came in with a specific design that the artist, Brian, then made a stencil of. First of all, I felt as if the service was entirely unprofessional. They chattered the whole time and didn't really do much to make me feel comfortable or to explain anything. They mentioned that I should used medical grade lotion in passing as I was leaving, but did not even take the time to suggest a brand. At one point, they were having real difficulty getting the ink to take to my skin, and instead of explaining it to me they went OVER AND OVER the tattoo until I asked what was wrong. So, two days later, I noticed that there were parts of my tattoo that had completely lost color. And I also noticed a redness around the whole tattoo and some puss coming out of it. I was also experiencing a great deal of pain. I decided to wash it, and get an opinion about what might be happening. I saw a doctor and they said that the skin wasn't infected, but that it was extremely irritated. I saw another tattoo artist later on that day and they told me the tattoo had been over worked and I would probably have to get the whole thing redone after it finally healed. AND THEN THIS EVENING, an entire slab of my skin came off. I thought nothing of it, because I know that is a normal part of the tattoo healing process. Except that my back began to bleed profusely. When I was finally able to clean the area up again I saw this: http://i47.tinypic.com/34858wp.jpg As you can see, the tattoo it self is uneven in color, it is a gigantic scab, and then part of the color literally just peeled off leaving my skin underneath raw and bleeding. I called my doctor and they said that it wasn't normal, and put me on a strong antibiotic. Thanks to Graphic Images, I feel extremely mutilated. And I cannot express how disappointed in the work I am.

Christian did an awesome job on my wolf tribal, I got i ton my left forearm. He was very professional and I will recommend him to everyone!

The tattoo I got was a touch up of a cover up. The moon and sun represent my existence. Christian really made that pop out and made me very happy. he added a halo around the moon and covered the initials I had. I will never forget this experience. The shop atmosphere is amazing.

I had Roman Numerals on my ribs tattooed by Dave. He was incredible it came out perfectly. I was almost in tears. Please update your hours on the website because me and my friend came before it opened!!!

I got a tattoo on my foot with one of my favorite quotes and Brian did it and he did a great job and worked with what I was looking for and it’s clean and spacious!!!

I'd get another there

I guess the best thing you can say about a tattoo shop is I'd have them do another. I mean if they did a screwed-up tat I'd advoid them like the plague. So, when I get my next tat, if I'm in the area, I would go to Graphic Images. End if story !
