Dr. Robert Kinstlinger, MD

I had a terrible experience with Dr. Rosner. I called to schedule a physical and was told I couldn't even schedule one until I came in for a consultation. I agreed only to be told when I got there that they scheduled it for the wrong time and that I would have to wait an hour and a half. I did and probably saw him for all of ten minutes. As I was leaving I again tried to get a physical and was told I couldn't schedule one until I got my tests back. I went for the tests the next morning. I called several times for results and after a month finally got told that they had never gotten them. All it took was them calling the lab to get the fax. Two months later I was hospitalized. I was told my PCP would call me. When I received no call, I called three times and never received a call back. When I again attempted to schedule a physical, I was given the brush off and was hung up on by the receptionist who told me if I had a problem I should take it up with the Better Business Bureau. I did just that. Dr. Rosner called me regarding the complain at 8:30 at night and was extremely rude the whole time insisting he had seen me for more than 10 minutes and that my watch must have been broken. Even if I concede that he saw me for more than 10 minutes, it doesn't make up for the rest.

Clerly this quack missed his true calling PROCTOLOGIST ON CADAVERS! He leaves patients waiting for up to two hours and has the personality of a south end of a north bound mule. He will be seking legal advisement for his degradational outburst and grabbing and holding my arm while yelling slanderous remarks.

I personally experienced trying to obtain my medical records less than three weeks ago. I'm so happy I had a witness with me!

Records from three background checks open to public have even been blocked ; so far!! ABMS is one! People do not trust degrees hanging on walls!
