First off, the 99 pontiac Grand am I was interested in was priced at $3, 900,. The blue book I found on this same car were between $2,600 and $2,913. So I talked them down to $3,000.



I then brought the car to an independent shop to have it inspected. $1,800 in repairs (broken headlight assemblies on a "clean" car, front struts shot, oil in coolant, etc).



I returned to All City with this printed information from the mechanic.



I made an offer minus the repairs, the salesman responded with $2,285. I reluctantly agreed.



5 minutes later the salesman returns with a sheet of paper with big bold letters "$2800 AS IS".



A note the sales manager made for me...



It is painfully obvious these guys just want to sell cars to the unknowing.



No ethics. No integrity.



Just crooks.



I'm glad I'm only out what I paid for the inspection.



BEWARE!!!!

I've been here three times...each time it's been the same salesperson, and each time I have been treated like garbage.



We were made to feel like we weren't worth the salesperson's time. He actually sat in his desk this last visit today and texted on his phone while we inquired about a car we were interested in purchasing from the dealership.



He didn't look up, threw the keys at me when I asked to test drive it, and was obnoxious when we tried to ask for more information.



I will never ever visit this place again, no matter what the price of a vehicle sitting in that lot.
