Mark Uteg represented me in a case that I did not think I needed an attorney for but I was in a pinch and he immediately was available to take my case. After I had an accident with a police officer The cop was at fault but claimed he was on a call and had his lights and siren on which was not true Mark worked on finding the records that finally exonerated me after a years worth of going to court he presented a case that was so impressive that the judge took one look at the police who had investigated the accident and threw the case out.
