My experience at this Hertz location what's terrible the employee Jen was left early so I can pick my car up so the following day and when I asked her about it she got mad and gave me a car with no air conditioning the - loaded with cat hair to which I am allergic and the electrical system t working because my navigation in my cell phone died changing the car 3 1/2 hour because I had a case number I can't believe how ignorant Jennifer was having no consideration for my trip with my granddaughter and the quality of vehicle that I was given I was traveling a long distance to take her on vacation and she ruined my trip I spent three-and-a-half hours in Baltimore changing the car and I just can't express how Dissatisfied I am. after driving with the cat hair blowing in my face and sticking to me because I was sweating and all of this stress that I went through in Baltimore story to be continued in another blog
