        I give it 3 out 5, I would give it a 4 out 5 if they still had Chris as there Main Desk Clerk. All the other desk clerks sit in the office, play on there laptop, or be doing something personal that should be done on their own time. This hotel has been up for over 15 years. The hotel is making good changes though, but it still doesn't have a owner that cares enough about his hotel, doesn't put enough money into it. Since Chris isn't there, I think the service dropped a bit, he would always stop what he was doing to help a guest. Housekeeping is truely terrible, other than 2 housekeepers. If you want a good stay, I would ask for Diane or Linda as your housekeepers, and ask for a renovated room. They have a Bar, and Outside Pool to make your stay good as well, but with a renovated room, and either one of them housekeepers. You'll be happy with your stay!
