        I would never recommend this company. After releveling and grading our property by a real professional company, quality turf came in with their bobcat and made tire ruts everywhere unleveling our yard. They had the audacity to lay DEAD grass on top of the ruts without raking or rolling them out so my yard is up and down. The whole point of us ripping out our old grass and having four dump trucks full of dirt put on the property was to have better water drainage and now we are back where we started from. Melissa their customer service representative was unhelpful and the boss didn't call us back for over a week . I had to contact my credit card company to dispute the charges in order to get a response. They wont give us better grass. They offered a refund but won't pick up their dead grass" they don't want it" .well neither do I and I shouldn't have to be stuck ripping it out or paying someone else to. Also, the grass was done in a matter of two hours and it looks like they literally threw it down. It was not sewn in properly whatsoever .there are huge gaps in between. Nothing but a headache and stress go somewhere else .I am making sure I can do all I can so someone else doesn't get ripped off like I did.
