Heather Glen Apartments

Well where can we begin? I know people had problems with the old management, but mine did not start until Berger took over. It appears management is brain dead. I have a a construction zone demolition dumpster outside of my window for over a year. I called was told it would be moved, they put a new dumpster right back in the same spot. Even on a Saturday I wake to thumping appliances being tossed around in the morning. They will also rehab apartments on a Saturday, waking you early morning. This is wonderful, as I work nights. Thanks Heather Glen! I have been without heat & hot water on two random days, one being the coldest night of the year. Came home Came home 11/24/15 at night to a surprise notice they would need to do electrical work in the apartment on 11/25/15 (Thanksgiving Eve!) Berger really shined during the snow storm. You take your life in your hands everytime it is snow/ice and have to traverse the slanted lot. There are way better options in West Chester, find them!

This apartment complex is just awful! Ive been here for two years and I can't wait to leave. The complex was just recently taken over by the slum landlords of Berger Realty. They are jacking up the prices of the units and pushing past residents out. Even if you've been here for years, the new tenants are giving you the option to either upgrade to a ridiculously expensive unit or move out of the apartment complex! The size of the bedrooms are not worth the heartaches of the lazy maintenance staff, the rude property manager Melissa, and the old, thin walled units! There are way better apartments in west chester that I wish I would have chosen before signing a lease with these people!

Living here for 3 years now and love it. The management team, and maintenance are awesome and always quick to respond. All of my neighbors are extremely nice and respectful and the complex in itself is quiet and in a great location. I recommend to all looking to live in west chester.
