Dr. Jonathan Arnold, MD

Don't go to the pain clinic. Received the worst care. Dr needs anger management classes. I seen him once and he yelled at me the whole time. Has no respect for his patients. He's exam was so fast I didn't even have a chance to answer his questions. I have a disc totally degenerated in my lower back and my spine has slipped 50%.He treated me like I was something he stepped in. My next app. the office wrote the wrong day on my card so I didn't get to see the doctor but they did give me my meds but reduced my script. I went to the time they had given me for the next month and was told I "Wasn't in their system" for that day. I went there for help and this is the care I got. So if my best friend asked about this place this is what I would say.

The inconsiderate, morbidly obese nursing staff at G.R.M.C. killed my grandmother. This hospital has POOR customer service.
