Thornberry Apartments

The worst place Ive ever lived! They have the dumpsters pick up the garbage at 8am every other day. It makes an insane amount of noise and when they drop the dumpster back to the ground it literally vibrates in your bones. Then they have the RUDEST maintenance workers in the world. One of of looks like hes been smoking since he was 6 and smells like a dumpster of cig butts in a jacket. They also mow lawns before 8am and do maintenance in the garages of empty units. SO just in case you cant hear the idiots clunking in the dumpster making loud banging noises below you, Now you can hear them in the garages that are physically connected to your apartments. Easily the WORST PLACE ive ever lived and I would never waste a dime on this corporation. Thy dont care how your quality of life is or if u ever sleep while living here. DONT DO IT!

I was not expecting to have a porch. Having a porch AND a garage AND my own entry is wonderful. Definitely small not like a college apartment. More like well-loved a home.

The amenities are awesome, the apartments spacious and the staff is wonderful. I live in an Oak style layout and it's like living in my own little house. I have my own garage, my own entry, and my downstairs neighbor is super nice. It's also convenient that units come with laundry facilities so you don't have to worry about sharing, which was a problem in my old place. I definitely recommend this place.

When I first signed with Thornberry, I was suprised and please with all the perks that came with the apartment, like the pool and the fitness center. Now, after living here for two and a half years, I have learned that management treats each and every tennant like family. I had a very damaging water leak in my bathroom, and discovered it after it had bubbled the wall. I called the office and they send someone out immediately. The maintenance people fixed the leak and patched up the wall to look as if never happened! It's incredibly refreshing to live in a place with a professional and friendly staff. Did I mention that this happened at 4am? Yeah, when they say 24-hour emergency maintenance, they mean it! Paired with the pool, the immaculate grounds, and my own personal entrance and garage, it's like owning my own home. And for the price, it's perfect.
