This company is a joke. DO NOT RENT OR LEASE FROM THEM. Lance will threaten you and attempt to terminate your lease THROUGH TEXT MESSAGE for posting a bad review. He will have his immature wife email and threaten you on facebook while he texts you threatening you. Then you have Nena in the main office who is extremely unprofessional and trashy telling me 6 month's into my lease " I strongly suggest you move". All because I called them out on charging me hundreds of dollars on an illegally issued bill. Nena is extremely incapable of doing her job. There is one problem after another with all of their properties. I really hope they enjoy lawsuit after lawsuit. They are liars, unprofessional, harassing, threatening, immature and you will never get quality service. Allan Morris supposedly runs it but it seems like the only time he takes part in the massive dysfunction he calls his company, is him trying to salvage his reputation on social media. So Al, whats your excuse this time? What is your reasoning for your unprofessional, nasty mouthy office worker Nena? Or can you explain where it was okay for Lance to threaten me and claim to terminate my lease? Which by the way, please do try, ill sink the company legally, and happily. And finally can you please let me know why his wife couldn't keep her mouth shut and found it acceptable to harass me on MY facebook? I'm really looking forward to an answer. Ive called your office numerous times, but it seems the only way to get your attention is speaking the truth to the public. The Oakland county board of relators seemed pretty familiar with your company name for complaints. SHOCKING. But hey, with all your one star reviews they'll eventually add up to five, right?

I had phecies and urine coming through my sink, and I reported it and was ignored until I called three times an hour for days, and guess what they told me. Its the home owners responsibility to fix it and they are ignoring us sooo........ "sorry our hands are tied". We moved out shortly there after, we received a three thousand dollar bill, inc billing for a fan that fell off the ceiling while running, damaged property that the homeowner was responsible for. Accomponied by threatening, belittling letters and additionally I have been screamed at by their "manager"
