        Overall

        Best therapy in the world! I would come back if I ever need therapy again. The nursing care was exceptional; they treated me like family. The quality of care at Heartland West Bloomfield was amazing, top notch!

        DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!

        The place is shiny clean, but they ignore the clientele!

        The man across from my mom stated he received an ice cold shower, but was thrilled they even gave him one at all!

        The woman two doors down the hall rolled herself out in her wheelchair crying and begging for someone to take her to the bathroom. I watched the nurses at their station as they laughed and ignored her. It took 25 minutes for an aide to come. The nurses DON'T do that--seriously?



        At noon, lunchtime, no one came to take mom to the cafeteria. Staff told me that someone would bring it to the room at one o'clock. At one fifteen, I started to hunt it down. I went directly to the cafeteria, where mom's tray was sitting on the cart. The employee said that someone was supposed to bring her--- SERIOUSLY???



        I took the tray--IT WAS STONE COLD!



        DISGUSTING SERVICE!!!



        DO NOT BRING YOUR LOVED ONES HERE!
