this company is terrible my dad use to work for them in the past and they actually did stuff now they make you wait if you need anything done or they wont do it at all and just make you pay for it all later when you move out im so disgusted i have lived at 2 of there properties and the last one the willows apt was for 3-4 years and it definitely topped it off never again. be very careful check everything and make them change it before you move in. all the people have been super rude also.

Terrible company from my experience.. When I lived at one of their properties I had problems with maintenance being done for two yrs. I was promised a new deck, which had been started already but was never finished, the bathroom tile was mismatched. I was only there two yrs and there were 3managers that's been fired
