Future Fitness Centers

I love seeing all these horrible reviews on here- I'm not alone! Future fitness is literally the worst. Their sales people are crooks and annoying. I was a member since they first opened (before any of those weirdos that now work there) and 10 years into my membership they start hiring new staff- huge mistake. I'm working our and this lady who let's just say should prob use the gym to her advantage comes up to me and basically tells at me in front of everyone saying my membership was deactivated. Talk to me like a normal person and let's resolve this..right? Then I resign up with my bfs card and the sales guy goes oh it's totally fine you can use the gym and wheneve he can come in and sign the contract we will just start taking out next month and so on. Next day come to the gym...old hag won't let me in. She says contract isn't completed until it's signed..even though they were completely fine with swiping my card for the month the day before and saying I could use the gym for that month and just needed the signature by the following month. I left disgusted. The sales guy starts texting me on my personal number from his cell phone saying I need to come in and have the paper signed even if I forge it. Professional!!!! DONT join here!!

Looks like the only people who give a good rating work for the company (I know deesid below does). There's nothing Futuristic about this place, their sales tactics made me feel slimy. I went down the street and signed up at Anytime Fitness for a free seven day pass. There was no pressure and it took 5 minutes rather then the two hours I just wasted on Futures painful sales tour. Also, I could instantly tell Anytime's facility was much more modern and inviting.

I am going on vacation for two weeks in August. I can't wait!! I am probably not going to use the gym so I called the club. A representative from accounting spoke with me and told me that I could put my membership on freeze as long as I came to the club to do so prior to the end of the month. I went in, signed a form, and don't have to worry about my full monthly dues for August. It's awesome that they let you put your membership on hold.
