It is a real treat to dine at Cafe Souerette! Absolutely a must for us when we are in the West Bend area. Excellent, imaginative food and great service. The wine list is another real plus. All this and the prices are affordable!!

Everything was great- an original menu, entrees with high quality, fresh ingedients, classy tables and settings, cute, smart and attentive waitresses. Restaurants like this typically die in West Bend due to lack of people with an appreciation of the finer things, but we were pleasantly suprised to see that the place was alive with customers. Expect to spend a minimum of $20 per person with one cocktail, but it is well worth it. We will be back, and next time we will bring friends with.

Our client hosted a business christmas party at Cafe Soeulette which was handled with excellence. The atmosphere of this Italian restaurant puts you somewhere in France (at least if I had ever been to France this is what I would have imagined it to be) with the service excellence of the Midwest. The dinner choices were Chef recommended for our group and offered us meals we recognized with the taste I could've never imagined. I had a pork chop that was glazed and dressed with an incredible flavor. The wait staff was extremely friendly and the Chef even came out to our group to see how everything was. This is the type of place you could go for a romantic dinner for two, a small get together or host a corporate event. Attire - you could be comfortable in casual business attire, casual dress or get all dolled up for a night out with your beau!
