Performance Honda

SCAMMERS!!!! Beware! I took the basic riding class's there to get my endorsement and was nearly tricked! I wanted to buy a bike for the first time in cash. They made me pay a "non refundable" down payment and told me I can't have a receipt or copy of any paperwork. Ryan, the financial manager, told me that it is against the law for honda to give any copies of paperwork until I pay in full.



When I told this tale to an elder, she immediately called them and requested a faxed copy of everything I signed and a receipt. They agreed, but never sent anything. An hour later, she drove us up to the dealership and they gave me my money back. They had no copies of the paperwork. It's a scam.



They preyed on me because I had no buying experience and tried to pocket my so called deposit. While they do have nice bikes, go elsewhere.

We were made promises by service manager that we not kept! Owners and other managers didn't seem to care that these promises were not kept which = poor customer service. Would never recommend to anyone!!!!
