Total Access Urgent Care

Hands down best urgent care I have ever been to! From front desk to the doctor himself, friendly, professional and highly knowledgeable! Went in feeling like I wanted to cry from pain, after examining and discussing options they treated me promptly and six hours later I feel almost normal again. I can't thank them enough and will never go anywhere else again!

Wentzville Total Access Urgent Care is a capable, clean, professional facility with on site diagnostic and pharmaceutical capabilities at a fraction of the cost of an ER visit without the wait! As a single mother they allow me to get the care that I need without crippling me financially. The 1.5 hour drive is always worth the care I receive from their competent and caring medical staff. My first visit to their facility was due to issues while visiting family who lived in the area. The care and capabilities offered by this urgent care are truly unparalleled which is why I have returned multiple times despite the lengthy drive. The medical staff always provides a thorough clinical evaluation followed by diagnostic assessment to ensure that the patient receives the proper diagnosis and treatment. The range of conditions that I have been to TAUC for varies greatly; however, their wide range of knowledge has ensured that all of my medical needs were met. Thank you TAUC for being there from simple strep throat to preventing my being hospitalized from a severe infection through on site medical intervention. Copious gratitude, THANK YOU!

This was my second visit to Total Access Urgent Care in Wentzville. I received excellent care in a timely manner. All staff were friendly and professional during my visit. I have already let several co-workers, friends, and family know this is the best urgent care facility I have ever received treatment. Thank you for caring!

My 2nd time using them, both experiences awesome. Very professional, addressed my needs. 2nd time I had to wait a bit in room but they apologized profusely and I know there were a couple serious cases with children ahead of me. I was fine with waiting. Great experience and will use again.

Helpful, friendly and fast. Getting the medicine filled there was so great. Nice not having to stand in line to get it filled some way else when you're not feeling well.

Eric was excellent with my son. He had to have the flu and strep test done and even though he was upset, they were great with him!

Very friendly, professional staff. The nurse came by to tell me my nurse practitioner would be in shortly she was doing some stitches. Had a television in exam room to watch while you wait. Nice place.

I recently took my daughter here because she needed immediate medical assistance and her doctor's office was too busy. I've never been a fan of urgent care centers, but TAUC is amazing. From the friendly staff to the extremely thorough doctor I was beyond impressed! I will never worry about not being able to get an appointment to the doctor when needed because now I know there is an A+ team of experts ready and waiting to help just minutes from her doctor's office. Thank you to everyone who help my daughter, especially Dr. Farrell, I am more than grateful for everything you guys did as a team! As a non-practicing nurse I can be very picky about medical treatment and with this team I was nothing but smiles. So once again, thank you from the bottom of my heart, you are all truly wonderful people!

The staff provides excellent patient care, while having the best attitude I have ever experienced in a medical facility. From the receptionist to the doctor, they made you feel like you were the priority and they have your best interest in mind. I would highly recommend this location to all my family and friends!

I walked in & was greeted warmly . Filled out papers & was taken back right away. The whole staff & PN was very friendly & fast to help ! Place is very clean ! Had a great first time visit ! Couldn't ask for any better service ! I am feeling much better & I like their service a lot better than going to an ER !!

Went in with upper respiratory infection and found this place to be so professional and so clean. My wait time was 30 minutes but I had time to fill out paperwork. Everyone was so nice and I would recommend this facility. Good addition to Wentzville!

This place... It's absolutely awesome! The staff from the intake desk to the doctor... I couldn't ask for more. I had one of the best and most comfortable experiences even though I was in pain.. They were professional, patient, understanding, and most importantly... They listened... It's almost hard to find the words to compliment all those that assisted me today.. I would trust them with any of my children's medical needs and that is true testimony to how much Faith I put in this facility.. Thanks to them all for the service they provide!

I was greeted as soon as I walked in, by a friendly face. My situation was a little strange and there was no judgement passed, and only the most caring approach was taken by the entire staff. I'm very thankful for that. This will definitely be my first choice from now on for all but the most serious health concerns I may have (and even then I'll probably be calling them for advice first). The entire process was simple and seamless.

staff was friendly, but after having 2 bouts with cancer and then getting a CT scan from total Access Urgent Care, when the Dr. informed me I had cancerous lesions on my brain and needed to see an oncologist right away, I took their advice. I was so upset with the results that I could not sleep or eat or concentrate on anything.For almost 3 weeks my life was in limbo. I went to the oncologist and had an MRI and a CT scan done again, The results came back that I had no cancerous lesions on my brain which I am thankful for. now I have medical bills I cannot afford to pay due to Total Access Urgent Care,plus the fact I worried about it spreading and getting worse. I am currently acquiring an attorney to rectify the matter with Total Access Urgent Care due to all the pain and suffering of a misdiagnois, I hope no one else has to go through this
