If you phone for an appointment or most anything and the ladies out front are not on duty and a man answer, just hang up cause he can't do much of anything. He doesn't know how, he will just tell you to come in the next day (when Leslie) is there, by the way the ladies working out front are top notch, but whoever that delbert is that fills in for them, geesh just another lame guy on the wrong job.
