Staff isn't trained and management doesn't seem to care. We had reservations because we were a party of 8. They squeezed us right between the kitchen and the door even though half the restaurant was empty. The table was set - we had to ask for flatware. Our first round of drinks took 20 minutes to arrive and 6 of them either weren't right or were served wrong. The cook came out of the kitchen to (incorrectly) correct us on our terminology. Dinner was served while the table was covered with dirty plates - and we had to tell them to take them away. All the steaks had to be recooked and were fried, not fired. Overall the food was comparable to any Denny's at a ridiculous price. We could have overlooked the food if the service had been better - which it should have been considering there was more staff than customers.
