Cavender’s

I would tell my friends not to shop at this place because of my bad experience shopping there. I bought a blouse there and because the item did not have a price tag on it, the girl behind the counter who helped me used another similar blouse (same manufacturer and price) to ring up the item. Before she rang up the item, I specifically asked her if I would have a problem returning the item for a full refund since there was no price tag on it. She said that I would not have a problem as long as I had the receipt. When I tried to return the blouse, I was told by the manager that they would have to give me a gift receipt because the receipt did not reflect the item that I bought. I told Shelly (the store manager) that I would not have bought the item if I was not going to be able to get a refund on the item. I was forced to leave the store with the gift card because I was told that they could not help me. I would not shop at this store and sharing my bad experience with friends, co-workers, etc.
