Travis Wilson Auctions marks the third generation to carry on the quality service and honest values that have become synonymous with the Wilson name.         Too many rogue outsiders running roughshod over the regular attendees. Rude, impolite, belligerent agitator's are running a muck here. They are of course allowed to do so because they are spending money there. Owner needs to step up to the plate and serve up some harsh condemnation to a few crude people that possess no manners, auction etiquette or social decorum.

        Owners response to Charles T Review

        We at Broken Arch Auction apologize for this unfortunate experience. We did offer to refund the amount paid for the items that were broken in shipping. All we required was proof of the broken items i.e. a picture of the broken pieces or to return the broken items to us. We would still be happy to refund your money if we can actually confirm the damage. Categorizing us as "worst auction experience ever" auction seems to be a terribly unfair description since we were never provided proof of the claimed damage.

        Majority of auction items arrived damaged. Very poorly packed. The owner refused to file an insurance claim. I offered to work the claim, but he failed to respond. Out about 700 dollars. Worst auction experience ever. Buyer Beware.
