Banfield Pet Hospital

Every veterinarian or staff member that I have dealt with at the Weatherford Banfield location have all been absolutely wonderful. They have treated both of my fur children as if they were their own. When they aren't open and your pet needs emergency care, they refer you to one of the best emergency clinics that I have ever used and would use them again should the need arise. Yes, I had to drive into Fort Worth off of Helen Street, but the Banfield veterinarians referral led me to the best emergency care for my pet. I would NEVER use the 24 hour one located in Hudson Oaks/Willow Park as they don't show the necessary care for your animals. Banfield clearly wants your pets to receive the best care while they are open and ensure that you receive the best after hours emergency care as well. They told me they used this particular emergency veterinarian clinic due to the highest level or care and concern they show for their patients. I love the Weatherford, TX Banfield, their staff and their veterinarians. I would recommend this Banfield to anyone needing care for their pets.

i have had 4 pets cared for by banfield of weatherford tx every employee i have dealt with have been super kind,helpful and most of all caring of my pets as though they were theirs. i have been with their health care maintenance system with my pets for many years and my pets are better for it, and when my favorite dog friend of 9 years died from being struck by a car they comforted me with extreme kind words. they now are taking care of a new lab puppy for me.handling his health needs. love and miss you homer mans best friend

The customer service was poor, they were rude and not willing to help!
