NEVER USE THEM FOR REPAIRS. I called and my fiancé was home when they came to work on our washer and the guy was super rude, arrogant, and even had the audacity to give her crap for what kind of dog we have! Our dog was in the other room and he asked what we had then decided to give her disrespect for that. Also they didn't even fix anything! He told us he couldn't find out was wrong, then decided to try to take a shot in the dark with a $300 part that we told him not to order so we told them we did not want their services. It was ridiculous. They still charged us $70 for the hassle of dealing with them and their jerk off of a repairman.

I was told what day my items would be delivered and it was even on the sales receipt. Well come delivery day, I waited until 4 p.m and decided to call the store and make sure they were going to deliver it that same day. The lady I spoke to said that they tried to call but the number was wrong, so they didn't come. She said they could not make it that day and it would have to be the next day (with 1 1/2 hours left until their closing). I insisted on a discount, of at least the delivery fee, since it was not delivered as promised. She said no, because they were given a wrong phone number, which is why is wasn't delivered as promised. I did not give them a wrong number, she just misunderstood and typed it in wrong. She only had the area code wrong, the rest of the number correct, so the saleslady who typed it in the computer either misunderstood or typed it in wrong. Plus, they had my address so should have come anyway. Very poor customer service!
