I had a great experience dealing with Carolina Furniture! Ms Amy Heatherly was the saleslady I dealt with, on my first trip there she found most of the things I was looking for but couldn't find several items I was looking for. I went home to measure to see exactly how much space was available. I live about an hour and a half away so it was close to a month before I returned. To my pleasant surprise Ms Heatherly remember at least 90% of what we had discussed even though when I walked out of the store on my first trip she had no idea if she would ever see me again. In addition she had spent time and found the items that fit my needs that we didn't find on my first trip.

I was going to write a separate review on the delivery team but since they delivered my order today and I would give them the same rating as Ms Heatherly for service I will include it here. They were extremely nice, efficient, helpful and over all very competent.

We had a wonderful experience shopping at Carolina Furniture Concepts! The selection was great, and the quality of their furniture was great. William and Perry were terrific in helping us plan and select a terrific sectional. They were very pleasant, personal, and knowledgeable. We are totally pleased with the sectional we purchased, and it completely meets our needs both functionally and aesthetically. We will be returning to purchase a beautiful desk we saw on our first visit. We highly recommend Carolina Furniture Concepts!
