We have always been a full service asphalt paving company, but with asphalt prices jumping 50% in the last few years we begin to look for the most cost effective method available for repairing the majority of asphalt defects. Infrared pavement restoration has proven to be the most cost effective and permanent method of repair. With infrared heat technology we can renew your damaged asphalt driveway, parking lot or road and save you money over traditional methods. Using infrared heat technology we can repair your pavement at an affordable cost by recycling the existing asphalt. Rejuvenators are added to the old asphalt to introduce new oils to the process to help in providing a long lasting repair. New asphalt is then added to the repair as needed. Even severely aged asphalt will soften when heated to (about 290 deg. F) which is the flow point of the asphalt cement.
