        Great fitness program

        I have been a client of Young at Heart Personal Fitness for over 2 years. I have dropped over 30 pounds of body fat and now have a more toned body. I look forward to my training sessions as Julie provides a program that is not boring and definitely works. I would highly recommend this establishment to anyone of any age.
