It's such a shame to see a business run into the ground! A 2- hour promise for replacement tires turned into 24 hours & 3 trips back & forth!

Run away as fast as you can from this place! Waited over 6 hours to get 1 new tire. Kept getting the run around. Several other customers were complaining about the wait, one of whom had an appointment for 11 am for 4 new tires and was still waiting at 4:20 when my car was finally ready. He had asked to speak to the manager and the manager never came out to speak with him. Another was waiting 3+ hours for a new battery. Another one left because they would have had to have waited 3 hours for a battery. None of the customers I spoke to had anything good to say about this location (I had lots of time to kill). Lots of angry people never coming back to Sears Automotive in Wayne. Would love to give 0 stars but it won't let me do this.

The worst service ever. It was so bad that this is the first review on a business experience. I dropped my truck off to get my tire looked at because it was punctured. I had to go to work in two hours and I was assured that they would be able to plug/patch the tire and give me a call when ALL of the work was done. They took the car in after about 30 minutes. I called back to check the status about after 1 hour. The man on the phone said he was on his way out but reassured me that it would be done on time. Taking this with a grain of salt, I went into the waiting room area to see what was getting done. My truck was sitting as it was an hour and a half ago with the trunk open and the punctured tire still in the trunk. I asked the service manager on duty if he could ask the mechanic what the status of my vehicle was. At that point he kindly got up and found out for me. He informed me that they were going to check the tire right then. The mechanic came out and told me that it could not be repaired that it would have to be replaced. I declined any further work and asked him to put the tire back in the trunk. After 20 more minutes, they still had not pulled my car out of the bay so I asked the manager to see what was going on as I needed to leave. He got up said to me verbatim "Now, you got me walking back and forth like an idiot". Now I am being treated like I am a burden? When your service tech reassured me twice that the work would have been completed by now? I should have learned the first time they quoted me 30 mins for an oil change where I ended up waiting an hour and a half. I promise I will tell any one who asks me for a recommendation to avoid this place like the plague.

Don't waste your time as the s...

Don't waste your time as the service is not as advertised. After being told that my car would be ready in three (3) hrs for the new tires i just purchased ...after the 3-4 hrs of returning the service has not yet started...completely disappointed i had to take the tires and leave...
