Very good food and drinks! There was karaoke the night I went (March 21) and it wasn't too loud. Some very good singers and some not as good, but a lot better than me! I'll be going back! One star withheld because our waitress didn't check back to see if we wanted another scorpion bowl (we did!).

China Rose opened at the end of July 2014; have already eaten there twice, 1st time for lunch the day it opened, 2nd for dinner two weeks later. Both timees, food was beautifully prepared, impeccably seasoned to request, and nicely presented. By the time of 2nd visit, with a larger party on a weekend evening, service was still welcoming but now quick, impeccably attentive and cordial. Our dinner party included two vegetarians, so we ordered a wide variety of appetizers and entres from the large menu. All were superbly done and delicious. Prices are very moderate, and atmosphere welcoming to families. Entres are large enough to share if desired. A delightful addition to the Cochituate area of Wayland; highly recommended!
