I've been doing business with Waxahachie Pawn for a few years and I have never had any issues with any of the staff or items that I have purchased there. They are always friendly and ready to help and answer any questions that I may have. I highly recommend them.

Don't go in to pawn anything at 15 minutes before closing. They are too lazy to do anything at that time. Was pawning jewelry worth over 5000. Was wanting 300 for it. The guy didn't weigh anything just looked at it and said I can't get anywhere close to that. Very poor customer service. Went down the street just a few blocks from there and had no issues with getting 300 for all of it.
