"The cave is gorgeous! Other reviewers have said negative things about the owner and her upkeep. It's her property and she is allowing us on it. Fourteen dollars is a steal and her personality is just as much a part of the tour. This is a great experience and not some Wisconsin Dells style tourist trap. "

"Anyone expecting a commercialized, manicured tourist trap will be disappointed here. This place is unbelievable. Did anyone notice the 100 year old white oaks on the property? The love and respect that this woman has for this piece of earth and its inhabitants is unequaled by anything I have ever seen. The cave and museum are a must see for anyone with a genuine passion for history and a respect for nature. Delores kept my wife and I engaged along with another family and we will return with others to share our experience. "

"This was a really cool cave. It goes down to 100 feet below the surface of the earth. Most stallactites are gone but there is still plenty to look at. The old gal giving the tour gets a bit tiresome when she starts with her speeches about saving the planet and our use of pesticides. She wouldn't take us into one part of the cave and I forget why but it is chained off. She also had us locked in once we were all inside...creepy! I asked her what will become of the cave when she expires and she told me she would probably give it back to the indians. Hey! any of you Kickapoo Indians, do you want a cave?"
